Quote was at a fair price and the work was well done. Johnny Greco (salesperson) appeared to be an honest person and although my wife and I were not at the location needing the fence, Johnny kept us informed. Four stars are given because the work crew had to come back out the next day to remove wood that was left behind, and re-install the lock from the previous gate that was removed and left on the ground. Once completed, the fence and gate look good and well put together.

I would recommend Budget Gate & Fence every time. I received quotes from three different fence companies. The pricing was similar but they were in the middle of the pricing quotes. I selected them b/c the sales person was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was very genuine!!!!. The office staff made the paperwork very easy from signatures to payment. Once the materials were available, the installation happened quicker than I expected. The install guys were quick, set the right expectations, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and precisely correct on where I wanted the fence placed while staying within the City's guidelines and survey lines. Inspection approval took seconds. The new fence looks great and makes the home safer and stands out. I appreciate them and their work so much. Please check your City's ordinances on approved materials to make the decision process easier. Other City's will require up to date surveys. These were the only aspects I did not know of and slowed down the process a bit along with permit approval. This had nothing to do with Budget Fence & Gate but to make the experience easier know these before you look at timelines for overall completion. Thank you Budget Gate & Fence.

Reasonable and Reliable

We were hit by a tornado destroying our fence and gate. Budget Fence was quick to give a quote and had the lowest price. Since there was no permit needed due to the “natural disaster”, they were able to get our fence put in quickly. The crew came in and installed everything within two days. Johnny designed heavy duty pedestrian gates for our community, with updated locks as well. The gates are exactly as promised and adjusted perfectly to swing shut and lock after someone enters or exits. The original gates (from another company) did not stand up to the daily foot traffic and basically fell apart, but these will definitely hold up well and match our existing main gates perfectly! Exactly as promised!

So I already had a gate, but I needed another gate because my dogs figured out how to open the front gate. One dog would jump up on its back legs and push the button while the other dog pushed on the bottom of the fence to open it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I asked my neighbor who he used to add his gate and he gave me Budget Fence’s number. I called and scheduled an appointment. Johnny was my sales person and he was great. I sent him video of my backyard and where I needed the other gate . I told him the type of lock gate I wanted and color. From the video and pictures I sent him he was able to match the new gate to my existing gate and fence. We scheduled a date and they installed the gate within two hours. Johnny texted me once he knew it was done and wanted to know if I was happy with what was done, if I wasn’t he would come back and fix it with no extra cost. I had no problems with communication. Call or text he responded within an hour during work hours. Thank you Johnny for installing my new gate, my dogs can’t escape now 😂

Johnny and the team from budget fence have been nothing short of amazing. For months I have been searching for a company willing to repair my wooden fence that has degraded since installation. Most recently my gate needed to be replaced. The quote came quick, and the team was here the next day! They not only replaced my gate, but fixed the latch on the other gate so my dogs can’t escape as well as replace a section of my chain link that my lawn company had destroyed. This company was amazing. I needed some repair work done on a chain link fence. I called them on Friday. Johnny called me soon after to get details. He came over on Monday to look at what needed to be done and sent me the quote by the next day. It was reasonable for what needed to be done. We set up the work date for the following Monday. Then Johnny called Friday morning and said they had an opening for that morning, would I like them to do it. They came out and were done by noon. Johnny came by soon after and we walked everything. It all looked great. Johnny was always available for questions and was thorough in his explanations of the process. I would definitely use them again.

Budget F&G met our expectations (we had used them previously). They had to extend a fenced area in which we had replaced an HVAC commercial chiller. They communicated very efficiently throughout the process. They were on time when they said they would be on sight and completed the work (small job) by noon. We have a 1940’s vintage home in Lake Worth Beach, FL. I recently found myself behind one of Budget Fence and Gate’s trucks at a traffic signal. I was really impressed with the appearance of their vehicle and its contents – what appeared to be everything required for a small chain link fence on its way to a jobsite, but all neatly organized and lashed down on a shipshape vehicle. This was such a contrast to the typical fencing contractor’s rig that I looked up Budget Fence and Gate that afternoon on the Internet. I thought their website was equally impressive. I posted a request for a quotation the next day – a replacement of two gates in our rundown 1940’s vintage back-of-the-lot chain link fence. I received a phone call shortly afterward, requesting a detailed site description and photos. When I submitted the required information, I quickly received what I believe was a very reasonable quotation. I called them, submitted my credit information and site access details. The job was completed very professionally within the week. We recommend this contractor without reservation.

My fence was put in two months ago, perfect, just recently my lock wouldn’t work from the outside. I called Budget and they had John come out and see what was wrong, he was here quite a while and discovered the problem and put a new lock on. Quick service John M is wonderful very professional as he was when fence went up. He discovered just a small amount of shrinkage in new wood was enough to get it off line. 3rd edit of this review... experience started horribly, and ended even worse. From dishonest and misleading salespeople and broken underground irrigation to having to re do entire job because of the lack of clarity from the unprofessional sales person. Sent a crew of workers w no foreman in signt. Left the job site without notifying us to review finished product. Among other issues they broke and cracked my brand new concrete slab during demo of "fixing" their shoddy initial work, to the final product being uneven, lazily constructed and horrible to look at. I'd leave zero stars if that was an option. I have pictures and videos of the whole process from start to finish if anyone wants to see I'll be more than happy to share them w you. I DONT KNOW WHY I CAN'T POST THEM HERE. I POSTED THEM ON MY YELP REVIEW Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They're utter trash. I'd ask for a full refund but I'm sick of dealing with them.

Had Tom come out to give us an estimate. Our yard is on the smaller side but we wanted a privacy fence put in all the way around. Tom showed us how we could save money by changing the way we were doing it. He was responsive to every call or text I sent him and on the day of installation it was raining and they came out anyway! They work all day in the drizzle and finished the job up. From start to finish we are very happy with the job.

This is a company you can trust. I contacted their office, was greeted by a professional receptionist who answered all of my questions. I provided them with my land survey and location of my home for fencing. Unfortunately, do to the location of my home they could not provide services. However, instead of ignoring me, I received a follow up phone call from them, was advised that they could not assist me and then they actually provided me with assistance in finding a company that could help. It is rare to find a company that will go out of their way to help when there is no financial incentive. However, this is one of those rare companies. Also, they did put up my brother in law's fence and he is completely happy with their work and the quality of the fence!

Budget fence was a professional experience from start to finish. Their quote was thorough and discussed via a walk through. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all. After permit was complete the installation crew arrived shortly thereafter and was very friendly. We walked down again, made some slight field changes based on actually "seeing" where it was going to end up. The installation crew was extremely professional and helpful. This company is not professional, and the sales person lied didn’t care after he took the deposit never called us back and didn’t check with us even we ask him multiple time to come and tell us where the fence is going. He’s always traveling is always on vacation, two months after when we got the permit, they sent someone to install and installer said that we have to remove almost 18 Erika tree because that’s where the fence is going, after we hired Landscaper to remove all the tree and paid $3100 to remove trees they install fence was 3 feet away from where the Eureka tree we paid extra money was not at budget to remove trees was so far from where fence was install like 3 feet away . Worst and we had the worst service. They put us through hell and expense was not needed and then when I asked him why, he said the guy who was supposed to install it just a contractor( what does that mean?) If they hire, Contractor doesn’t work for the company it’s on them not me
I will not recommend this company to anyone. Manager was very rude to us.(Todd) We left him Email he didn’t bother answering us until until he decided to send us threat that he is taking us to court when we never said we are not paying all we ask for a little help help with the cost of landscaping that was not necessary.
We paid $7500 plus $3100 to landscaping and they add two extra fee on top of all the cost

Although there were initial challenges, the company promptly addressed and resolved my concerns. Apart from the sales representative and a manager, the rest of the team was pleasant, understanding, and dedicated to rectifying any issues.

Special kudos to Justin Post, the last installer, for fixing the fence and addressing the lock and handle problem. The office manager also provided excellent support.

Our 10 year old vinyl fence gates needed adjustment/realignment and Johnny was the tech to do the job. Johnny was very communicative of his schedule, the work that needed to be done to the fence system in order to get the gates realigned and ultimately described all that had been done to get the job done right. Moved into a new home and the aluminum pool fence had several major damaged sections. It was very unstable and the gates were not up to code. Johnny personally came out to see what was needed, provided the estimate and had the new fence/parts installed ahead of schedule. He was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!

From start to finish Budget Fence nailed it. John never let my call go past the 1st ring before he picked up. He answered on weekends, and after hours happily. Wilmer and the instillation team did a perfect job. Costumer service was amazing. We never needed for anything. We would highly recommend Budget Fence to anyone.

They are the fastest and best fence company I have ever used. Robert lead the project and knocked it out of the park. They fenced in an entire quarter acre from scratch, within 1 day. They do quality work in the fastest time possible. Would recommend to anyone else in community.

The service tech Johnny Greco not only is ontime, he is efficient and provides timely updates before, during and after the service call is completed. Johnny is really friendly and prompt, he did a great job on repairing our fence after a tree fell on it. The companies communication is really good about sending you notifications with who is going to your home and when they should arrive. It took a while to get a call back after initially submitting the email request for a quote, but once we got the quote the repair happened very quickly. I would call Budget Fencing again for any repairs or new installs for sure.

Johnny Greco installed our dock gate for our HOA and did a fantastic job. We had a key issue (couldn’t copy the keys for the HOA members) and Johnny contacted the lock manufacturer and had a solution along with a new locking mechanism quickly. No key copying issues. This is a top notch company for your fencing needs. I contacted several companies prior to beginning my project and while they were not the cheapest, I’m convinced they are the best. Ram into an issue during permitting but they resolved it quickly. Installation only took a couple of days. Had a few small items to correct but they were very responsive and solved everything to my satisfaction. Danny, the installation manager was responsive and within a couple of days, all items were addressed. This is great customer service, not something typical in S Florida. Thanks for a great experience and a great finished product.

Budget Fencing did an excellent job on our pool fencing project. Their sales Rep John was very helpful and responsive. Their permitting team (Jackie) did a great job handling permitting challenges cause by a previous, really bad, unscrupulous fencing company. We learned the hard way that the lowest priced contractor is almost never the right choice. Poor quality and cutting corners will always cost more in the long run.

Budget was not the lowest cost, but their reliability, responsiveness, quality, and integrity made them the best choice for our fencing needs.

I highly recommend John and the Budget Fencing team for your next fencing project.

Called and sent in a few photos of the repairs I was in need of to my wood fence. I record a call back from Johnny and Brian to discuss. Scheduled with Johnny, who arrived the next day. Discussed a plan on how he intended to make the repair. Johnny completed the job in an acceptable amount of time and now my fence is no longer leaning and feel as sturdy as when it was first installed. Already gave recommendation to my neighbor who asked about them when he saw the truck in my driveway.

I was so happy with Budget Fence! First of all, I had such a hard time trying to get companies to actually call me back or just to show up for their estimate appointments. Tom with budget Fence showed up very promptly and gave me a very reasonable estimate that I was so happy with. They did the installation when they said they would and it turned out absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with my new fence! Odie the worker, did such a great job and cleaned up so thoroughly afterwards It doesn't look like anything was done except I am left with this beautiful white vinyl fence. I highly recommend this company for all of your fencing needs! I am so happy that I went with budget fence and gate systems!

I had a great experience with Budget Fence. Things started off a little slow so I got in touch with Danny who straightened everything out immediately and he was a fantastic communicator. Danny was flexible, worked around my schedule and even accommodated a few asks that made my life much easier. I recommend budget fence but know that permits and materials may cause some delays so just be patient because they have the best intentions. Thank you for the great fence!
